Charlene Gethons is a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher & Mindfulness Coach, a motivational speaker and a therapist. In 2013, an accident prompted her to reexamine her life and a year later, she began her masters program in counselling psychology which she completed in the summer of 2017. It was also during this time that Charlene began her own mindfulness journey and today she helps individuals overcome even their biggest hurdles with a mindfulness approach. In our episode, Charlene talks about her journey and how we can all incorporate a mindfulness practice into our lives to help overcome even our biggest challenges.
