Praise is a form of prayer and we must praise the Lord through our ups and through our downs. It is sometimes hard to praise God when we're in our down times but that's why the Bible calls it a sacrifice of praise because you will have to push through. As you praise the Lord you will gain power, it will impact everything. Praise will hinder the enemy, it will liberate God and it will empower you.
