The average student is often pressed for time, under a lot of stress, and eating on the go. You may find it difficult to avoid bad habits like skipping meals or frequently visiting fast food restaurants. However, eating a healthy diet can help you feel better, cope with stress, and perform better in the classroom. Eating a good breakfast, being mindful with your food choices, and keeping healthy snacks on hand are all great factors in fueling your body as a student. This episode is dedicated to making sure we understand that food is a lot more than nourishment for our bodies and how we can use it to our benefit.
