Conclusion

1. Make a real occasion of the payback conclusion, for each person and the group.

2. Let each person tell the good and difficult things creating a vocal guidebook for subsequent groups.

3. Start to prepare for the next group.

4. Who it is is a community decision, not yours.

5. State again the principles. Each new group must know them. Can't assume.

6. Never start a new group until the first group has fully paid back.

7. Only start when the community and you are happy. No need to start precipitously.

8. At every stage make sure that your own values are apparent and stared.

9. Emphasise co-operation effort and community value.

10. Start next groups with the same sobriety you gave the first.
