Carla Atherton, MA, is a prolific writer and developmental editor, poet, workshop facilitator, compulsive creator, Deep Wellness/Holistic Health Empowerment Coach, & Experiential Healing Program Facilitator illuminating how to move from dis-ease into Deep Wellness through her Inspired Shift Method, one-on-one & group coaching programs, professional training program, & creative work. She is a master of synthesising information, curating transformational experience, facilitating integration, & inspiring people to uncover their own unique genius--the mythology, the metaphor that is YOU.
She holds a Masters in English Literature and various health coaching designations (from functional to transformational) and is also the Director of the Healthy Family Formula and the creator of the HECT Practitioner Training Academy, Host and Producer of the Children’s Health Summits 1, 2, 3, and 4, Author of Family Health Revolution, Author of the forthcoming Veil's Edge epic fantasy series, Mountains Rise from Earthquakes Writing Experience and Your Unique Genius Writing Experience Facilitator (since 1998), Co-founder and former Editor-in-Chief of the now laid to rest Cahoots Magazine.
Carla has 3 grown children, a husband, & lots of cats and writes/reads/creates from a home office in the Canadian prairies.
