It's okay to feel down, uninspired, and exhausted at times - those days happen.

But sometimes a bad day turns into a bad week. This is exactly what happened to me.

So I went out for a walk, thought about what's going on and how I have to do to get better.

I came to the conclusion that there are indeed things I need to change.
