Description

When our brain picks up on stress, we’re hard-wired to think that we need to do more – like when we’re worried about making enough money.

That’s why the productivity industry does so well – because of the promise that we can squeeze more out of the time we have. The industry also strengthens the belief that the way you show you're valuable, competent, and capable is by getting more done.

But only increasing productivity is not really a smart or sustainable long-term solution.

Since you’re here, you probably already believe that doing all the things isn’t sustainable – but it can still feel hard to do less because the assumption is that it’ll mess with your bottom line.

This is why I wanted to share a tool with you that was and continues to be really helpful to me (the 80/20 rule), and how you can easily apply it in 5 steps.
