✨ 3 lessons I’ve picked up in 2022 that I want to carry over into next year and beyond ✨
This time of year, there tends to be a lot of pressure to reflect on alllllll the things we wanna change.
While I’m all for a fresh start, it’s important we give ourselves credit for what we’ve already learned – because we tend to forget.
For each of the categories of my ecosystem, I challenged myself to hone in on *just one* lesson I’ve learned in the past year, and planned for how I’ll implement that lesson going forward.
I hope this also inspires you to identify the important lessons you’ve already learned, and how implementing what you learned could bring you the biggest relief, joy, or impact.
