LaNeisha is a millennial coach and mentor whose goal is to make a true impact on today’s generation. Neish has been coaching cheerleading for 20 years. She is currently an active Coach and Coordinator, which her love for the sport has awakened her passion to want to guide and mentor people, especially the youth. Her goal is to give them a more positive outlook at life.
Wanting to take her mentoring to higher heights, Neish became a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. Two of the biggest things that she has taken away from Mr. John Maxwell himself is that “It is not about me”, and ” If I am not adding value to someone’s life, I am not making a difference”. Making a difference by adding value is exactly what she plans to do.
LaNeisha is the founder of Fearless YOU(th), an organization that is geared towards the empowerment of every individual that they come in contact with so that they can become the best them that they could ever imagine. She has also co-founded, The Gentlewoman Movement, which helps girls and young women embody who they truly are. She aspires to break those barriers and help to heal the wounds, starting with the people who are in her very community.
Outside of mentoring, she is the CEO/Owner of Custom Creations By Neish, LLC, which is an item customization company specializing in sports team/corporate apparel and branches off into event decorating. She is also a ministerial leader at her local church.
She acknowledges that she does a lot and she is thankful that even though she is extremely busy, her loved ones understand that her gifts has to be shared with the world. Newly engaged, her and her fiancé plans to come together to create an even bigger coaching/mentoring platform that will be able to benefit even more people.
