Jeff is the owner of Third Power Fitness and he trains corporate mothers to get stronger, lose fat, and improve cardiovascular health. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Precision Nutrition certified coach who specializes in fasting and resistance training. Jeff is a competitive powerlifter and is a few classes from earning his Masters degree in Sport Psychology. He is avid reader and hip hop and R&B fanatic who lives with his lovely fiancée in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
