As we enter a new year many people are making and trying to stick to New Years Resolutions. I am no different. In today’s return episode of Always On The Move I discuss why I was away for almost 2 months. 2023 ended with major life changes that I wouldn’t have bet on happening. Even in these surreal and daunting times I can assure you that Always On The Move isn’t going anywhere. As we move forward and look ahead to 2024 we look up and keep our heads held high 💯💪
