Psalms 37:5-6 (NIV) “Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.”

It is actually your trust in God that increasingly reveals to you, as-it-were, the presence of God’s loving helpfulness in your daily routine.
Consider the following: what temptation you are presently most concerned with? What are you regularly doing or tempted to do that stands to derail the precious things you aspire to be and do in the kingdom? Now realize that when Jesus said, “come to me,” he had you and precisely your struggle on his mind. He alone can handle it and he wants to. So, commit your way to the LORD; trust in him — that is — go to him as often as it comes to your attention and trust him to deal with it for you, stripping it of its power to distract you from your calling.
