Looking through my journals I found something I wrote down awhile back that I believe the Lord was saying to me. For whatever it’s worth I’d like to pass it on to you. It reads like this:
“Charlie, who you will be around other people is being decided by your routine thoughts during your times alone. If you would be a blessing and bring My loving, healing power to bear on everyone and everything you encounter day by day, you must devote your thought life to the disciplines My Spirit initiates in you — worship, praise, thanksgiving, intercession. If you are lax in these as you move through the day, you will limit what I would like to do through you. If you are faithful, everything you do will be infused with My presence and power. Lives and destinies will be changed for time and eternity. And never forget that your frame of mind, your mental attitude — how you actually see others — has a far greater impact on them than what you say or do.”
