Today we chat with Sam Edgar who is a mama of two , 200hr RYT, human design enthusiast, women circle facilitator and former high school science teacher. Sam shares how she found yoga and human design, along with how to use human design in your day to day relationships. We love how she used human design to truly accept herself and her children for who they were meant to be and how honestly she shared her story. Sam also tells her story of finding confidence in herself as a yoga teacher and the value of connecting with other women.
