Things settled down a bit in Week 2 after a record-setting week for underdogs in Week 1. There were still surprises, though, headed by the Raiders over the Steelers in Pittsburgh, Arizona winning at Minnesota, the Titans also winning on the road at Seattle, and (of course) the big Sunday night win by the Ravens over the Chiefs.
