Mercy, mercy! Week 9, full of unexpected results, had Joe go 2-3 following a run of 4-1 weeks. Joe had the Patriots and Ravens pegged as winners, but not the Broncos, Chiefs, and (gosh) the Titans in LA. Well, it's another week of action and another week of picks. This week, Joe handicaps Cleveland-New England, Tennessee-New Orleans, Dallas-Atlanta, LAC-Minnesota, and Green Bay-Seattle. We'll bypass the Ravens this week because it's a Thursday Night Game. (Joe has the Ravens winning handily in Miami.)
