Training camp is in full swing and the pads are on. We are starting to see guys get more acclimated and coming into their own. This episode we kick things off as usual with Around the League, where we talk about the major injuries to Quenton Nelson and Carson Wentz that the Colts are now dealing with. We also give props and congrats to Todd Bowles on his new big contract making him the league highest paid DC. In Jets news we kick things off giving our early impressions of Zach Wilson and Elijah Moore. Zach is really starting to come into his own making great throws and showing the ability to learn and bounce back from rookie mistakes. As for Elijah, he has been flat out balling and destroying every corner he has faced. We then move on to the big talk of camp...the matchup between Carl Lawson and Mekhi Becton. Lawson has been handing Becton his ass for the most part, but he has also been teaching him where he went wrong and how he is beating him. And Becton has been doing the same...iron sharpening iron. With the defensive line being our deepest and most talented unit on the team, we talk about the inevitable cuts that will happen. Who goes and who stays? We wrap things up with what player each of us are intrigued or impressed by as well as talking about what impact, if any, will the signing of journeyman QB Josh Johnson have on the team.
