People always talk about to motivation is key to reaching your fitness and health goals, but what do you do when that motivation runs dry? When it's storming outside but you have a chest day on the menu? When you've eaten some combo of chicken and rice for the last 2 months and you're craving a large pepperoni pizza?
Becoming disciplined, efficient, and getting results are things that will help you get out of bed and get under some weight! Now you don't have to look like a bodybuilder, but we want everyone to know that some type of fitness is necessary. This episode is for those people, the coach potatoes, the excuse makers, and the people who flat out hate fitness. We want ya'll to be able to spend the least time possible but still get the most out of every visit, so that one day you will look forward to walking through the rain to get to your next PR in the gym!
