Finding balance in life (especially fitness) can be hard; some might even say impossible.
We are trying to live our lives for ourselves as successful business owners, active individuals, and better people. Or we're living our lives for others as siblings, friends, and even parents.
Struggles with this aren't hard to find, and most of the time, living for all these different things can leave us feeling spread thin and stressed. So, I guess the next question is, how do we "fix" this?

Just a few years ago, Buster found himself weighing 265 pounds and "barely able to tie his shoes.". To him, this was enough. Enough to commit to something more. This is when Buster found 75 hard and changed his future.
He has devised his own ways to quiet that internal restlessness with something he likes to call the "B.A.R.N" & "F.A.R.M" Methods!
