What does being "in shape" look like to you? 20in biceps? Running a full marathon? Benching 400lbs?

We want to get an idea of what it looks like as well, and Shawn and Fil are the guys for the subject!

Coming from to 2 different ideas of what fitness success looks like to each of them, as the conversation goes on they realize that there is quite a bit of overlap in their separate schools of thought!

The main goal that we wanted to cover in this episode is that fitness success should be what matter to YOU! No one else can define that for you. If you're early in your journey and you want to be able to bench press 135, that's totally fine and you shouldn't feel discouraged! That's YOUR version of fitness success. Work towards that goal, reach it, and then move the goal post further down the path of FItness Greatness!
