God’s perfect justice for His Kingdom is established with the gospel in a world of imperfect justice.
I) Discern God’s providential justice for His Kingdom (1-5)
II) Trust in God’s unchanging justice though Man does imperfect justice (6-12)
III) Submit to God’s ruling justice with patience for the gospel to work ( 13-22)
