If you're like me, then you've probably established some audacious goals for this new year. With the best intensions, you've set out on the path of progress towards these goals only to be thwarted by setbacks related to their imposing scale and associated complexities. You may be realizing you've potentially bit off more than you can chew. Or, you may be questioning if a particular goal you've set is really the goal you truly desire.
You may be tempted to give up on your goals when these questions of doubt arise, but hang in there. It's at times like these we stand to gain the most insight into what we're truly after. These moments help illuminate what a better your really looks like and how your goals may, or may not, be on your critical path to becoming.
