In this episode I focus on distinguishing between 'thoughts' and 'thinking' and how this distinction impacts our daily lives.
Thinking is an active process of interpreting information based on past experiences and knowledge, creating subjective realities. Thoughts however are new ideas we receive from beyond our analytical minds that hold the potential for new exciting realities. Like clearing a runway for an inbound aircraft to land, we need to create mental space in order to receive thoughts.
