We all know certain things that we enjoy doing. And when we find ourselves doing things we'd rather not, we tell ourselves that we have to do those things and have no choice. But the truth is that every activity we participate in, whether we enjoy it or not, we do have a choice. The difference is that some of our choices are extrinsically motivated while others are intrinsically motivated.
