In this episode, we pick up where we left off in Season 2 Episode 2, and Carolyn discusses her time in a sales role at the show's start. We discussed her short time with the company when she received a call from a top 2 builder that she couldn't refuse. The excellent part of this episode is that we discuss how she was pitched the job offer, us reviewing and counteroffering the offer, accepted the job, called to resign from her position, and then went out to dinner with her new boss.
