SimplyBusiness - from ESSEX to EAST LONDON
Antony is based in the London Borough of Redbridge he now has a company called Luv2dance and has recently set up his own gym in the area. He has danced all over the world and now teaches and helps people with nutrition and fitness programmes. Antony talks to Simply Create about his journey as a dancer, gives advice on getting started and talks about the community and creativity.
