Description

Just like the title says we speak about "Father Figures!" Pivotal figures in the lives of all that help shape our characters, futures and overall lived experiences but that often struggle to express themselves and fully relate to their children because of the negative societal constructs that mould their characters consciously or subconsciously. In this episode Sam tells us about his childhood growing up in Nigeria, the feelings of anger and abandonment that he felt when his father decided to travel to find "greener pastures" for the family, and finally, how the extreme culture shock he experienced when he moved to South Africa and the combination of all these experiences has helped shape him into the examplary man that he is today, and continues to shape him into the even more phenomenal man he will become tomorrow.
