Welcome to episode 69! We were in our makeshift studio up north in Maine and ended up lounging around on the couch as we recorded. We hope the quality is up to everyone’s professional standards ;) This week Emma has an inspiring story of how a victim’s best friend made every effort to help solve her murder, including becoming a private investigator. She discusses the murder & rape of Angela Samota. Anish has an in between tale that takes place on the plains in 1888 and brought horror to many, mostly children. His story is about the Children’s Blizzard aka the Schoolhouse Blizzard in the Midwest. We are still catching up on shows, but did get to watch a couple of new things - Amazon Prime’s Troop Zero, Netflix’s Sex Education (season 2), and an anime called The Promised Neverland. As for our Liverpool FC update, we continue on our quest for the title with a dominant 2-0 win against Man United :)
