Tre Stewart joins the podcast as a (remote) interview guest. Stewart is the founder of Boop Troop Eugene, a citizen volunteer guerrilla journalism effort that has been following the BLM protests over in the last few weeks in Oregon. Stewart can be seen on his Facebook LIVE feeds giving the community a public service by doing his best to stay neutral, breaking up (potential) fights before they start, and encouraging constructive dialogue. Tho the work of Boop Troop Eugene is not without its critics, Tre and his team have received praise from citizens on both sides of the debate and the LIVE feeds have been viewed by thousands of Lane County residents.
