The consciousness of lack is the root of all evil. However, scripture tells us that we are complete in Christ. If we are complete in Him, then we do not lack anything. Temptation draws us away from our completeness and appeals to our sense of lack.
This devilish strategy was used in The Garden of Eden with great success and has been effective ever since. It is time to understand who we are in Christ and who He is in us!
