FasterIdeas.com founder and editor Joanne Oatts talks to Hatty Ashdown, comedian, writer and broadcaster
Hatty is a super funny, multi-talented human with many strings to her bow. She's an actor and stand-up comedian, the host of podcast Funny Mummies, runs the baby-friendly comedy gig Screaming with Laughter, and is the co-writer of Comedy Central sitcom, Give Out Girls. Hatty talks about the influence of her family, why she loves writing on the train, and the technique she uses from Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way when she's stuck for ideas.
The team at Faster Ideas were really lucky to work with Hatty on our comedy short Don't Sell the Tiger a few years back (watch here), so we already knew Hatty was super fun to be around. Thanks to Hatty for bringing us more than a few smiles. Enjoy!
