Description

Cognitive distortions, or "stinkin' thinkin'" have a way of wreaking havoc with our lives if we let them.  A cognitive distortion takes place in our minds when we experience an upsetting event in our lives & we think about it in a way that reinforces negativity & feeling bad.  While some think that "feeling bad" is necessary to learn from mistakes, consistently thinking in this way can be unhelpful, even harmful & toxic.  Stinkin' Thinkin' can be undone, but it takes effort, intentionality, & LOTS of practice.  Join host Cynthia Corn as she covers 10 different exercises that will interrupt these negative thought patterns & help us move into a more authentic life with thoughts that are based in reality & truths.
