If you are not aware of the thoughts and feelings behind your actions, you can be doing good without enjoying the experience.

Most often we allow ourselves to feel terrible because we believe that once we get the ‘there’ then, we will feel better.

All change does require discomfort - but there is a choice in what discomfort you feel.

One is beneficial, drives positive action, and is motivating.

The other isn’t beneficial, drains us of desire to change, and is one of the main reasons we procrastinate.
