This week, I had the pleasure of talking to one of my favorite running coaches who I’ve looked up to for years, Megan Roche.

You may know her from SWAP running or the SWAP podcast that she hosts with her husband, David Roche. Or maybe you know her from their book, The Happy Runner. And if you don’t know Megan, she is also an amazing runner herself, coach, MD, PHD candidate in epidemiology and one of the most positive, supportive people I’ve ever met.
