Article 19 and Article 19-A of the Constitution of Pakistan are fundamental #Rights that pertain to Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Expression, and the Right to Access Information. These articles are part of the Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution of Pakistan, which was adopted in 1973.

Article 19 of the Constitution of Pakistan guarantees the Fundamental Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression. It states that every Citizen shall have the Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression, and there shall be Freedom of the Press, subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by Law in the interest of the Sovereignty and Integrity of Pakistan, Security of the State, friendly relations with foreign States, Public Order, Decency or Morality, or in relation to Contempt of Court of Law and defamation, or Incitement to an Offense.

This Article 19 and 19-A ensures that citizens of Pakistan have the right to express their opinions, thoughts, and ideas freely, but this right is not absolute and can be restricted by law in certain circumstances to protect the broader interests of the country.

Article 19-A Constitution of Pakistan 1973 says about:-
Article 19-A of the Constitution of Pakistan was added through the 18th Amendment in 2010 and is a significant addition to the constitutional rights of Pakistani citizens. It guarantees the right to information. Article #19-A states that every citizen shall have the right to have access to information in all matters of public importance, subject to regulation and reasonable restrictions imposed by law.

This Article emphasizes transparency and accountability in government and allows citizens to request information from public institutions to ensure transparency and openness in governance.
