Today was a Heavy one. With the approaching Bday of Portia, Jay's wife. Its been a wild week. Big J is one of the strongest humans I know and is always actively trying to make the best of the worst possible situation. The aftermath of the roast, rolling into kids going to start school and summer coming to a close. There is a lot going on. Craig gets a Peloton and big surprise hates all the coaches.
