Today, I'm joined by the Director of Inside Out Support Wales Chris Leslie. Listen as Chris reflects on his journey within the justice system, distance learning in his cell, being released on license to attend university, and the role of mentoring in helping him adjust and grow outside the walls. Leaving the gates behind he has continued his studies in University and went onto set up private companies assisting those exiting prison, while also sitting in senior positions of organisations driving change in the justice sector. Chris has faced many adversities, not least battling back from a Covid19 coma in 2021. However, the resilience to keep pushing forward against any challenge has developed a steely resolve.
