In this episode, I share a piece of my personal growth journey. Sometimes, your journey to purpose will cause you to re-examine your beliefs and actions. As I spend time quietly reflecting, I have often had to ask myself this very question, "Girl Why?" Why was I feeling overwhelmed, or being so standoffish to other women? I had behaviors and patterns that were keeping me from fully walking in my purpose.
