In this week's episode, Whitney and Makayla talk all about the phases of menstruation and menopause, including when they occur, what happens during each phase, and what symptoms you can expect. We also talk about the importance of inclusivity in reproductive health and healthcare, how to advocate for yourself and your health, and why it's important to educate yourself on reproductive health (even if you don't have a reproductive system!). We finish off by sharing some of our own experiences with reproductive healthcare and self-advocacy. We hope you enjoy this week's topic!
