Chlorsomax is a new, magical weight-loss tincture that’s sweeping the country in true 1950’s consumeristic fashion. Margaret doesn’t believe in magic, but her husband Harry is set on encouraging her to try it out. Someone new has moved in down the street in Margaret and Harry’s quaint Rhode Island neighborhood, though, and she just might convince Margaret of a different kind of magic.
TW! There is body-shaming language and reference to eating disorders in this piece. There is also a scene with domestic violence
