Mental Health

• Avoid "Googling"
• Contact the cancer pharmacy anytime you need
• Choose a loved one the fight for and channel your energy to them
• Find a supportive person or partner to lean on
• Connect with other survivors (Facebook groups, in person)
• Allow other to help you!
• Help other survivors and give yourself a feeling of helping
• Be gentle with yourself

Side Effects

• Stay hydrated
• Eat lightly before chemo and after
• Try a sour candy when nauseous
• Try ice therapy during chemo infusions
• Call in your knowledgeable friends to help decode questions you have
• Gentle movements daily
