1) Get ultra clear on your goals and break them down

2) Discover the feeling you would like those realized goals to illicit.  

3) Gather evidence of all the ways you practiced this goal in the year prior

4) Write down how you are equipt and how you plan to execute these goals.  What skill sets do you already have? 

5) Start low and go slow

6) Create space for breaking the habit when needed/desired

7) Recreate the identity of the person going into the new habit.
