Interview with Jared Shafran, Director of Communications and Broadcasting for the ECHL's South Carolina Stingrays. Shafran has started climbing up the hockey broadcasting latter since graduating from Northeastern, working in the USHL and college hockey before joining the Stingrays in 2016. On this podcast, Jared talks about the great broadcasters he learned from and with in college, his interactions with the players and staff as well as his team's NHL and AHL affiliates, and calling an NHL preseason game.
