In this episode, Keith is joined by the brilliant Caroline McMenamin. Caroline is a Psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor. She is also the founder of ‘Replenish’, a non-clinical mental health organisation that delivers ‘Mental Health Workshops around the UK and Ireland in schools, workplaces, and communities. Caroline has lived with an anxiety-based mental health disorder since she was four years old which inspired her to help others.
