Following the death of his father, OJ Haywood and his sister Emerald resume their father’s horse training business for Hollywood. Yet, as it becomes increasingly harder to secure consistent contracts for their work, an opportunity to make a large amount of money arrives when a mysterious cloud begins terrorizing their town. Now, they seek to capture footage of it to sell, at the price of endangering their lives in the process.
