This week, we discuss our thoughts on forgiveness. Forgiveness is refusing to let your past rule your life any longer. Forgiveness does not mean re-establishing a relationship with a toxic person. It means being able to live your life free of their unhealthy influence, or your wounded reaction to it. It means taking the experience solely as a lesson learned, and letting go of unnecessary baggage that will weigh you down.
