It starts with a quick introduction of the basics of negotiation ( people want to be understood and accepted) listenign is the way to go and showing more interest in them thatn in yourself - so talk about them and ask relevant questions. Why being a mirror can be key for making the whole process turning out good for you - ( using the words the other person uses at least the critical ones! - we like familiarity), that negotiation is all about getting information, the three voice of a negotiator - smile! :) and last but not least, labeling feelings of others and why it creates a good atmosphere!
