This is another episode of the Self Development With Tactics / SDWT podcast featuring the allencheng.com website and "Principles" by Ray Dalio. This time we are basically only talking about ways how you could and should put out fires in your company but the principles are also applicable on your person life. We firstly start with the 5 step process he pointed out in the very top of the whole summary. The company should use this process as well. He also pointed out solving little problems right ahead, which I am also talking about for a little bit. Not tolerating problems. There are also some thoughts about accountability and also responsibility as well as finding out the root causes for the problems...which totally makes sense.
