Today We are talking about not being soft and leaving your comfort zone. Some things that are really important...and I mean REALLY important. Stepping out of your comfort zone enforces your progress and also ensures it. It's all about principle 4 from the "The Way Of The Seal" summary. Not being soft might also being mentally tough...but also physically. Both I guess....do you think that people got softer?
