How to change the culture when everything is broken…
This was actually the starting point for Mark Cuban and his team as well as Cynthia Marshall the CEO. They wanted to change the culture inside of the Dallas Mavericks and they succeeded in only 18 months. Which is a pretty short period of time for changing the entire way something is operating! One of the things that struck out for me are knowing your goals and also making the people want it themselves.
